Acrylic on canvas, 36" x36". This is a large painting, made during the time of the Covid virus as attention was turned to nature and in particular the way the whales were thriving better with the reduction in boat traffic. This was also a time when I was listening to an indigenous lecture on the importance of circles in our life cycle. In the painting I included the life cycle of the salmon, the main food source for this particular species of domestic whales.
