Waterways and Development

The City of Surrey has an ongoing battle in the area of Campbell Heights as land is getting rapidly redesigned for industrial use and creeping closer to waterways including the Little Campbell River. This is my daughter Helena, who has been raised near the area and has grown up watching the change in the area from forest to extensive industrial use resulting in many water related impacts.
